Founders, business owners, app developers & entrepreneurs… apply for the 2nd annual Brooklyn Elevator Pitch Competition!
The competition is open to the public… anyone who meets the rules can enter.
Apply by Monday, May 18th… final round takes place live on Thursday, June 4th.
CHALLENGE
No projector, no slides, no deck… it’s an “elevator pitch” competition!
You’ll have 90 seconds to present using words alone to create mental images that make a lasting impression.
PROCESS
1. Apply by Monday, May 18th at 11:45pm.
2. Seven finalists will be chosen to pitch at the event (mentor panel from Brooklyn Innovation will select finalists).
3. Judges will choose the winnners live at the event.

RULES
The competition is open to the public:
• tech startup founders and brick & mortar owners can enter
• founder must live or work in Brooklyn or Manhattan
• must be unfunded, self-funded, or bootstrapped (no major outside funding)
• you don’t need to have a company & there is no fee to apply to pitch
• you must be a member of Brooklyn Startups meetup to receive a prize
• decisions of the panelists & judges are final
